The Hazel Hour is the official podcast of the First Baptist Church of Morehead, Kentucky. On the Hazel Hour, we honor the history and legacy of the faithful who have gone before us while looking ahead to what God is doing in our church and community.

This podcast is inspired by the legacy of Hazel Whitaker — our first woman deacon, also our former organist, pianist, clerk, and a longtime Sunday school teacher — whose life was marked by a deep commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We seek to honor her faith through the work of this podcast.
